Welcome to the enrollment center.
To help make the registration process simple and organized, each program has its own enrollment packet with forms tailored to your child’s age group and care needs. Please select the appropriate category below to complete your enrollment paperwork.
Enrollment Packets
Infant Program
For children ages 6 weeks to 12 months.
This packet includes all required enrollment forms, feeding and sleeping schedules, medical information, emergency contacts, and care instructions specifically designed for our youngest learners. Parents should complete this packet prior to their child’s start date.
Toddler Program
For children ages 1 to 2 years old.
This packet contains enrollment forms, developmental information, health documentation, emergency contacts, and daily care details to support your toddler’s transition into our learning environment.
Two-Year-Old Program
For children ages 2 to 3 years old.
This packet includes all required registration documents, behavior and developmental information, health records, and classroom policies tailored to our two-year-old learners.
Three-Year-Old Program
For children ages 3 years old.
This packet includes all required enrollment forms, health and emergency contact information, developmental details, and classroom policies designed to support your child’s early learning experience and growth.
4 & 5 Year Old Program
For children ages 4 to 5 years old.
Families enrolling in our 4 & 5 Year Old Program can access all required enrollment forms, school readiness information, medical documentation requirements, and classroom guidelines through this packet.
School Age Program
For children ages 5 to 12 years old.
This packet includes registration forms, transportation information, emergency contacts, health documentation, and program policies for before care, after care, school closure days, and enrichment activities.
Summer Explorers
For school-age children participating in our summer program.
This packet includes enrollment forms, field trip permissions, swimming permissions, emergency information, activity guidelines, and all required documents for participation in our Summer Explorers program filled with exciting weekly adventures and hands-on activities.
